I've written a draft on something but suddenly lost the urge to encode it.

Today, I'm supposed to indulge myself after all the hard work we had put up for the Acquaintance Party but he just doesn't get it. He just doesn't get me. Ooohhh! One of my life's sad realities.
I started this. It's really my fault but it doesn't give him the license to gang up on me just because.
He's been sending me messages with long exclamation points and in all caps since July 31st. Thank God, I wasn't able to answer his call the first time because Lace was using my phone. Thank God, that 
with some stroke of luck, his calls couldn't get through today.
I am the disobedient, bad daughter. I'm okay with that. Else, I would just be like them. No, I'm nothing like that. He just has to live with it.
He should do better with her. Maybe, she will be the daughter he always wanted to have, not that he really wanted a daughter in the first place. Or maybe, ...
...
I can't wait for you to grow up! Either way, it'll be a win-win situation for all of us.
Because... In the end, we just can't help but be ourselves.

Why do I feel like I'm the only one in my group of friends that has a beef with her father?! Maybe, that's just the case--I am the only one. It's not that I want my dad to start calling me "darling" or help me personally with school stuff but that wouldn't hurt. No, not at all.

Finally!
"Busy" is an understatement for what these past two weeks have been. My midterm exams just ended yesterday with the heaviest exam day ever. I want to kill the one who's making the schedules. I had four exams yesterday, three of which are major subjects. Anyhow, I survived it. The question now is: did I survive the entire midterm? Nothing I can do now but wait and see, which is probably more agonizing than having three major exams from 2 to 7PM straight. Oh, the life of a college student!

My Sassy Girl is Korean
I got to watch My Sassy Girl (US) a week ago. Bottomline: It sucks! Anyone who's watched the original will feel betrayed and be left wanting. Anyone who saw it first would probably appreciate it for what it's worth but will think that it was nothing much, which is sad because the story is great. Watching the original always leaves me a warm, fuzzy feeling. And to think, there's not a single kissing scene in the film. I don't even think they hugged. Watch the original!
Del Toro Rocks
I also got to watch Hellboy II. It was a good movie. I am now a fan of Guillermo Del Toro. He has an imagination of a kid and he works his vision so well. And have you seen him, he's adorable.

The week ain't over yet. I still have a Philo paper to finish and Accounting homework to make. Hopefully, after this week, I'll get to update more often.
